By accessing, viewing, or using this site, you indicate that you understand these Terms and Conditions and accept them as the legal equivalent of a signed, written contract, binding you to these Terms and Conditions. Please read the following while placing the order. If you place order with us, it means that you accept these terms

  1. The pictures given are indicative. The packaging, decoration and arrangement of the actual product delivered may differ from the actual product delivered. No claim about the identical product delivered would be accepted.
  2. Due to heavy seasonal rush, We would NOT be able to COMMIT on the time for delivery of orders on Valentine’s Day (12, 13, 14, 15 February). But all the orders qualifying the term above would be delivered on the Date Specified.
  3. Some of the orders for the occasion given above may be delivered on 1-2 days before the Valentine’s Day also,
  4. We would try to maintain the flavour and shape of the cake as per the order. But due to heavy seasonal rush, we may not be able to commit on the flavour and shape. However the quantity of the cake is guaranteed.
  5. The Delivery Time of the orders on 12, 13, 14, 15 February is 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Your order can be delivered any time between this duration irrespective of the time given in the order form. We would not be able to provide any time commitment during this season.
  6. The Delivery Confirmation can be given next day only.
  7. Better Gift Flower reserves the right of cancelling the order if the order is not placed from Valentine’s Day section.
  8. If the order is not delivered, Better Gift Flower would refund the amount 100%. No claim of any other compensation would be accepted.
  9. We try to send the message along with the order as per instructions from the customer. However sometimes, the message cannot be delivered as given.
  10. Flower arrangements shown here are indicative. We do our best to give better result than shown. It may be possible that actual arrangement varies due to availability of flowers and other reasons beyond our control.
  11. The Pictures are Indicative. The presentation given on the website may differ from the one actually delivered. The decoration, arrangement and packing may differ but the quantity would remain the same as ordered.
  12. Fresh Baked cakes are available only after 10.30 am from bakeries. Thus fresh baked cakes can only be delivered after that time. In exceptional cases you may request to keep the cake prior day in refrigerator & deliver next morning. But we don’t advise this.
  13. Orders received after 4 Pm IST shall normally be processed as next day orders BUT we shall try our best to deliver same day. A phone call after placement of such urgent orders will be appreciated.
  14. The prices quoted at our website are for FREE delivery within city limits. Any delivery out of city limits and to villages etc. In case of Perishable Items may attract extra delivery charge between INR 100 to INR 300.
  15. Delivery of certain branded items may not be possible/delayed under certain un-controllable circumstances such as product is not available in the market or discontinued by the manufacturer. In such cases, similar product, nearest to the description shall be delivered. Conformance would be seek from the customer for the same through e-mail. However, if there is no response from the customer within 24 hrs, it shall be assumed that s/he has agreed to the delivery of the alternate product.

  17. The perishable commodities displayed on the site and the actual products delivered will be similar and may not be exact replicas as these items are hand-made and can vary. However, in all such cases the quantity specified in the order will be provided as desired.
  18. If ordered flowers / cake /sweets / chocolates are not available in the respective city or town, we shall deliver alternate flowers / cake /sweets of desired quality and equal to (or greater than) order value.
  19. No claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will be tenable other than the claim for 100% refund of payment made. All such claims if any, are to be raised within 24 hours of delivery /non-delivery.
  20. The owner of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
  21. If there is no one available at the shipping addresses (to accept the delivery of your order) at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.
  22. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court at Nagpur, India only.
  23. If the shipping address is incorrect and recipient is also un-reachable on phone.
  24. OR if no one is available to accept the delivery of the perishable gift item (when delivery attempt is made) then in such cases the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made.

If the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception & the order will be assumed as executed. If the person has checked out of the hotel by delivery date, the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made in such cases.

  1. If Better Gift Flower is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery.
  2. Quantities/ sizes specified on the site are indicative in nature and hence there can be slight variations in the delivered item, depending on the availability of the gift items.
  3. Better Gift Flower has taken every care for the accuracy of the information provided in the site. It has exercised due diligence in providing the latest products/information. However, Better Gift Flower or its employees or its affiliates are not responsible for the loss or damage caused to any of the users due to the information inadvertently provided in the site. Discount Offers, if any are not applicable on Gift Coupons.
  4. The delivered item for the product categories ‘Watches’ and ‘Apparels’ may/ may not be exact replica of the images shown on the website (depending on the availability of the ordered gift item). Hence in such a case the delivered gift item for these 2 product categories (i.e. Watches and Apparels) shall be similar/ close-replica to the image shown for the ordered gift item.
  5. For delivery of gift items to Wedding Ceremonies/ Marriage Halls, we may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride and/or bride-groom because of non-accessibility of our delivery team to the couple. However, we shall ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of host. Also, if possible we shall provide you with the name of the recipient through our order confirmation mail.
  6. Genuine information & interest of making payments:
    The customer promises that the information provided to Better Gift Flower is true, correct and accurate. The customer also agrees to pay all charges incurred by them and users of your account and credit cards or other payment mention at prices in effect when such charges are incurred. The customer agrees to defend indemnity & hold Better Gift Flower and its affiliates harmless from all liabilities & expenses including attorneys fee related to any violation of this agreement by them and also for the use of the services or transmission of any message or information by them.
  7. Better Gift Flower may modify this agreement from time to time without giving any prior information.
  8. If the recipient is not satisfied with the flowers/gifts delivered due to un-fresh flowers or dissatisfied due to quality, the customer who ordered the Flowers/Gifts will be given 100% refund, provided that the recipient refuses to accept the Flowers/Gifts and returns the same instantly at the address stated on the Delivery Order with intact condition.

Also, Customer writes to us a mail about the reason of dissatisfaction. Please state the Transaction ID, the sender and the recipient’s name in the Email Form. This feedback will be used to help us to improve our customer service.
