Our florists use only the freshest flowers for stunning, hand-crafted bouquets, ensuring your floral gifts are sent with confidence. Plus, with our same-day delivery for most orders, your thoughtful gesture arrives swiftly.
Ordering Insights
Changes and Cancellations
Once processing, en route, or delivered, we’re unable to cancel or modify orders. Same-day orders commence immediately, limiting change possibilities. For changes to orders scheduled for today, dial +91 8446707041. For other modifications, email our customer service.
For Domestic Express deliveries, alterations are feasible only 24 working hours before the delivery date, subject to our Customer Service team’s email confirmation. For courier orders, the window extends to 4 working days.
International order changes are possible only 48 working hours before the delivery date, again pending email confirmation from our team.
Cancellations are accepted if informed 24 hours (domestic hand delivery) / 48 hours (international) before the delivery date.
Order Issues
We strive for excellence in our service. If you encounter any challenges with your order, rest assured, our team is ready and eager to assist you.
Note: We cannot entertain complaints about perishable items like fresh flowers or cakes after 48 hours from delivery.
Shipping & Delivery Specifics
Flowers: Delivered fresh on the same day from our local store. To maintain freshness, trim the stems and place them in water.
Cakes: Regular Cakes are sourced from top local bakeries for same-day delivery. Keep these refrigerated upon arrival. Photo and Theme Cakes require one-day advance ordering.
Personalized Gifts: Items like cushions and mugs take 3-5 days for delivery via our logistics partner.
All gifts are gift-wrapped and hand-delivered, ensuring a personal touch.
Same-day delivery is available for most products with orders placed before 5 pm, IST. Deliveries to rural, hotels, hospitals, military bases, or cemeteries can’t guarantee specific times. For holiday orders, please order at least 2 days in advance. Note: Express and courier products may not be delivered together.
We aim to deliver on your requested day, but please understand these are estimates. Delivery may be in installments, and our service providers do not call before delivering.
Responsibility Limitations
We’re not liable for incorrect address deliveries, recipient absence, or quality issues due to incorrect addresses or recipient handling.
Special Delivery Locations
- Hospitals: Include hospital name, number, recipient’s name, and room/ward.
- Hotels: Provide hotel name, address, room number, and phone number.
- Wedding Halls/Marriages: Delivery to a responsible member of the host’s team.
If the Recipient is Not Home
If the recipient isn’t available, our florists may:
- Call to reschedule.
- Leave a note or the arrangement in a secure spot.
- Leave it with a neighbor.
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, we may substitute flowers or containers due to regional availability, ensuring the arrangement’s theme and value.
Payment Options
We use leading security technology and accept various major cards and PayPal. For quick service, online ordering is recommended.
Fresh Flower/Same Day Deliveries
We cannot commit to specific delivery times. Same-day delivery orders till 2 pm are delivered by 7 pm and till 5 pm by 9 pm.
Redirection and Service Level Agreements
We can’t redirect deliveries or redeliver in case of initial delivery failure. The customer is still charged, and the order is considered executed under certain circumstances (e.g., wrong address, recipient unavailable).
Mid-night Deliveries
These are delivered between 11.30 pm to 12.30 am. Orders should be placed the day before the occasion.
Courier and Remote Deliveries
We pack and dispatch with care, providing tracking numbers. Note the product images are indicative; actual products may vary.
International Orders
For international orders, provide clear address details. Time zone differences may affect response times.
Other Important Policies
Pricing and availability are subject to change. Order acceptance and payment terms are as per our policies. Delivery during public holidays, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day might vary due to high demand.
